Brazilian transport operations and services company Invepar hired investment-banking boutique BR Advisory Partners Participacoes SA as a debt-restructuring adviser, according to people familiar with the matter.
Investimentos e Participacoes em Infraestrutura SA, as the company is formally known, is negotiating with its creditors trying to reach an agreement, but may ultimately file for bankruptcy protection, the people said, asking not to be named because discussions are private.
